Hello! It is a pleasure to have you here. We have prepared everything with care so that your stay is comfortable, relaxed, and special.

• Apartment Check-in and Check-out Times:

- Check-in: from 10:00 AM.

- Check-out: by 07:00 AM. The apartment must be vacated by this time so we can prepare it for the next guests.

• Key Delivery / Check-in / Check-out:

The keys are located in a lockbox next to your apartment door. Upon departure, we ask that you return them to the same location and notify us via message that the apartment is vacated.

• Wi-Fi:

All networks are free to use and have the same password.

• Cleaning:

Final cleaning is already included. For extended stays (more than 5 days), we offer a complimentary room cleaning service. The request must be made to management in advance.

• Laundry:

For stays longer than 5 days, we provide laundry service for R$ 40.00 (up to 10kg of clothes). The request must be made in advance.

• Storage:

Our storage room operates until 3:00 PM. Please check at check-in if all items in your reservation are correct. If anything is missing, inform us as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly.

• Mineral Water:

The water provided from the taps comes directly from our artesian well, from the same aquifer as a regional mineral spring. It can be consumed with complete peace of mind.

• Parking:

Each apartment is entitled to 1 rotating spot.

• Common Areas and Equipment:

They are for collective use. Respect the spaces and other guests. Use with care.

• Pool Use:

Available 24 hours a day during your stay. Use responsibly.

- Adult pool depth: 1.40m

- Children's pool depth: 0.60m

• Responsibility for damages:

The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, furniture, or common areas.

• Quiet hours:

- From 10 PM to 8 AM. We ask for silence during this period out of respect for everyone.

Pet Policy:

We are Pet Friendly! We allow small pets (up to 10kg) in some accommodations. Please check the pet fee in advance.

• Visitors:

Any person not included in the reservation is considered a visitor and must pay the day use fee. Prior notice is required.

• Deliveries:

Provide the apartment number when placing orders. Pickup must be done exclusively through the pedestrian gate.

- To open the gate, press the silver button to the right of the gate.

- Delivery personnel are not allowed inside the condominium.

• Use of speakers:

Allowed only in the barbecue area. Use them with moderation and respect for other guests.

• Organization:

Keep the areas clean and organized. Your cooperation is essential.

• General Rules – What is not allowed:

- Children unattended in common areas;

- Sharp, dangerous, or glass objects;

- Hanging clothes on the balconies (use the indoor clotheslines — if you need more, speak with management);

- Animals in the pool and dining areas;

- Visitors without prior notice or payment of a fee;

- Consumption of food/drinks inside the pool;

- Use of drugs or excessive alcohol consumption.
